"I will believe what you say Eric when my Energy Bills go down instead of up." Rat's electric bill went down when he installed solar in '06. I make about 500 kwh more than I use every year; sometimes I even get paid for it. There's a fee to be plugged into the grid, but that's mostly covered by a carbon tax rebate, plus my XS.
