Neocon is a warmonger who sleeps dreams 24/7 in the need/want for war, conflict..
If that is the definition you are using, then Gen Kelly is definitely not a Neocon. He has seen the ravages of war. He has lost a son in war.

Do you have a son/daughter? Can you even imagine the pain of losing a child, in a war no less? Get real. Calling Gen Kelly a Neocon by your definition is ludicrous.

Gen Kelly dedicated his life in defense of our country, of our ideals. He has defended your right to spew nonsense on sites like this. Calling him names is beneath even you. You should be giving him thanks!
