WPC Earnings Date Earnings announcement* for WPC Oct 29, 2024 W. P. Carey Inc. REIT is expected* to report earnings on 10/29/2024 after market close. The report will be for the fiscal Quarter ending Sep 2024. According to Zacks Investment Research, based on 2 analysts' forecasts, the consensus EPS forecast for the quarter is $1.13. The reported EPS for the same quarter last year was $1.32. -------------------------------------------- Stock continues to sell off. They spun out their office property division, took the write down last quarter. Could there be more write down? May but more at/near the close
