I agree I doubled my already large position. See it as a better hold than Treasury money fund yielding only 4.5% vs 5.98% for WPC,

Would they cut the dividend? I am betting they will not and all the bad news was done in the last earnings report.

Being a triple net REIT also protected by inflation w/automatic lease increases, renters also pay property tax & insurance.
