The audience vote was 80% in favor of the first speaker, that CPAP reduces Afib and other cardiovascular events. I side with him.

He made a good point that CPAP isn't very useful if it's used for only a few hours because REM sleep which occurs later at night (after the mask is removed) is when there's a higher risk of a CE.

I feel pretty washed out in the morning if I don't use the device long enough. To me the fuss is worth it.
