Ridicule? Did I do that. If so, I apologize. I get a bit sick of lawyer bashing. I hear folks say they hate lawyers, but their attorney is just a wonderful person. Can almost walk on water. If you are "lace curtain" then my comments probably do not apply to you. I am more of the Shanty Irish who had to fight for every morsel that came my way. I can never be faithful to corporate America, or Europe, or Asia, or whereever. When I see companies like Kodak eliminating 5000 jobs in a small New York town because their bottom line is not what they want, and they always want the world, then I do not find much pity for their likes. When a hockey player gets 36 Million and a lunch bucket worker gets $25,000 there is something wrong with that scenario. I sincerely hope that the officers of Iomega have acted responsibly but I tell you that when four major law firms file actions then you had better pay close attention. Finally, for the moment, I guess I have never been able to tolerate glib remarks that come from some other territory other than one's brain. If that offends you then may I suggest that you give some thought to your remarks before you shot from the hip. Ron Flanigan
