Probably true. Interesting way to look at it. Those margins are too good to last forever, it seems. Interesting though that 15 % of employees is already in the US!

Appears to me that the most important thing for them is growth. If they are able to get a good foothold of the US market, they have a big "runway" ahead of them. (Sort of like Swedish Match had (has) with nicotine pouches when they were acquired by Philip Morris.) At some point, margins and ROC will probably go down some if they keep growing at the rate they have historically. (Probably they won't keep growing at that rate for very long either, but who knows, it's a massive and still largely undeveloped market.)
