Big problem with electric farm equipment - During planting AND Harvest, big tractors and combines are run 24 hours per day, Charging time vs. diesel filling time is not convenient.

It takes thousands of acres to be worked to justify the expense of these powerful tractors - they get driven in double shifts (24 hours per day). When they need diesel, fuel trucks meet them in the field to fill up.

Just sayin.
