mpb I didn't mean to upset you by bringing that skeleton out of the closet... no I take that back. After all, its been around for sometime, it's old news, water under the bridge and all that. It's similarity to the SKODA letter of intent, other than Lockheed Martin, is that both deals required additional financing. Obviously, Ole Joe failed the first time and this is one reason why it is important we dig into the past of these people, like it or not. To me, the record suggests Ole Joe is not the guy to lead Dolphin Technologies, which is what I suggest BAT be called after it reorganizes after the SEC investigation, into the 21st Century. RECAP: BAT needs a face lift and it needs a new leader--one with a steady hand on the tiller and above reproach.
