As I was saying...

if the management feels greasy, stay away. This was (and still is) my number one issue with SMCI. I will not be surprised one bit if over the next 6 months they sink due to "poor financial controls and reporting" and be forced to reinstate their results.

I hope this lesson has now burned deeply in your psyche.
Don't invest in shady companies (or shady people) no matter how alluring they look.
You will not be able to put a stoploss for such stocks. When the news comes out, they will gap down and your stoploss won't mean zip.
