William Binney (and Edward Snowden) clearly state the NSA spy on people wholesale, and it's nothing to do whether people obey the law or not. The whole concept of innocent until proven guilty is out the window. In fact, listening carefully, you will hear that every State witness now has to commit perjury to submit evidence in a criminal trial. The system has gone out of control and has gone haywire WR. It needs to be fixed. Binney and Snowden tried to fix it.
