SOX Components Earnings' Table Update - Now Including ALGM's Beat but Lowered Guidance and INTC's Miss But Raised Guidance. INTC delivered a Halloween Trick or Treat and actually is trading higher on their report. ALGM traded down as did all the SOX Components today. I am looking for a possible low single digit number for BPSOX before adding to any of my positions. It appears to me that the market is in late cycle action economically. We definitely have pockets of strength due to AI build outs but overall the semiconductor economy is slower than one might hope. Restrictions on trade and sales to China are the biggest issue. On the positive side the FED is no longer raising rates but how low can they go without refueling inflation? The economy may have to really slow for them to go back anything near the rates we saw a few years ago. Regardless; Here is the table update:
