Michael, You are right, it is Berg. Believe it or not I got ahold of him. The number was from the news post back in Nov. 97. He stated he was working on paperwork to get something started??????? I ask what. No comment now. When would the restricted shares come available. Did not know, attorney working on the legal aspects of it. Same ole answer! He said that shareholders would be getting something in the mail in a couple weeks. He was preparing for that now also. No relationship with PRTI. There was e reverse split and when questioned on the fact we did not get a vote or a notification he was silent, no answer. He sounded very insecure in my opinion. Please someone else call and ask more questions. I told him we were calling SEC. Oh, also he stated the spread of 1/8 - 1 3/8 had been reversed. Don't know what thats about. Mike
