RFF, I had the same frustration when I was holding DELL at around 15 in the summer of '96. Unfortunately, I didn't have patience & took a small loss. DELL's management was young, had a great strategy, but it didn't really click for a while. Once the direct-mail strategy worked, they have never looked back.

BAY's management is experienced, also has a great strategy, and signs are clearly showing the strategy is starting to work.

BAY's main obstacle is Cisco. However, Cisco's technology is becoming inferior and Cisco is slow to respond to new technological trends because of their sheer size and their propreitary architecture. The advantage of better technology gives BAY the price-point control that will allow BAY to further penetrate & weaken Cisco.

Just my humble opinions...
