BrnMcDrmtt, A new theory on that warrant sale. You are suggesting it was not part of the Farallon hoard of LGNDW. You may be very right about this. It is interesting to me to consider why someone in the position of Farallon would have been the seller of the warrants at $ 5 unless there was more to the situation than us mere mortals are aware of. Your theory that it was not Farallon unwinding his arbitrage position may be proven to be true or false in the near future if Farallon has to make a filing that was previously suggested. Perhaps others will have some ideas on this subject.
