I'm fine with legal immigration. I'm not fine with overwhelming a city/township with people. Madison is 250k (approx). I'd be furious if 100k people were dumped in Madison. We'd have no way to house, feed, provide health care for a 40% inflow of new residents - legal or otherwise. If that doesn't bother you then call a border state and request an influx of 40% of your population.
