Report #7 UPRO/SPXS Signals. 3rd UPRO Buy Signal (60-E-1) confirmed. Average is 2.79 buy signals per UPRO Bull Cycle. Tomorrow there is the possibility of a 4th UPRO Buy Signal (60-SC-1) as well as a SPXS Bear Sell Signal (60-SC-1). Usually the SPXS Sell Signal is a bottom, unless we are in a large Weekly or Monthly Bear Cycle. Right now the Weekly is in an UNCONFIRMED Weekly Bear Cycle (W-S-1). Right now it is a slim chance for the W-S-1 to get confirmed at the close on Friday, but that could change if the Daily D-E-1 gets confirmed at the close on Wednesday.
