Blackie: Nothing to rebutt: I am sorry you haven't taken my advice and called regarding the alleged retraction. Sorry again for my late reply. I just got off the phone with the author of the article. Mr. Jim Moscou. He advised me that there will definitely be no retraction of the article on Penny Stocks and TVSI. There will be two clarifications of the information in the article. Mr. Moscou further stated that I could post his comments on the TVSI thread and he stated he had no objections. #1. Travis Industries operates out of Golden Colorado, not Boulder. #2. The second clarification will refer to the source of the second news release posted Sunday, Feburary 8th. That is the extent of the clarifications. There is no retraction.
