Hi Howard, the news release was about CVC being a delinquent filer, which is not a big deal considering the current situation. This was the second delinquent filer notice I believe.

Here's an additional "tidbit" of info that I had planned to post sometime this weekend anyway. So the timing of your post is right on.

I did talk with Nav (one of the the newly appointed CVC directors) a couple of days ago. When I asked him when he expected CVC to be back trading again, he said within 60 days. He also informed me that the company had submitted to the VSE for approval details of a new property they had their eye on. If it does get approved, I understand that it should satisfy the CVC's listing requirements which is why trading was halted the second time.In addition Nav told me that they were still trying to determine the status of their option on the one remaining one piece of African property CVC has had an interest in for some time.

I guess the bottom line is that we have to be patient I experience Nav to be a gentleman to talk with and he came accross to me as being very calm and objective about the whole situation.

That's it for now. I just have a feeling that things are going to work out ok. Hang in there!

Take care,

Ron
