I do own shares in this company and read the thread but very seldom post to it. I do appreciate a reply to my post from "The voice of reason" on the Euto thread (AT least Alice got the vacation joke).

As for the lawsuit, the only people that make out in one of those is the lawyers. I'm not a lawyer but possible basis for the suit could be the 50 mil. shares, the call back of the stock, claiming unattainable goals, like bringing a certain number of companies to market over the next year and not even coming close. Maybe management would learn that if you say your going to do something, then maybe you better do it. I think these guys enjoy shooting themselves in the foot.
I don't think a lawsuit would be beneficial to anyone unless 'revenge' for some perceived injustice counts. As the company is trying to make it work I feel that any talk of bringing litigation to the party at this point is unfair. But should things develop in a bad direction... It won't be for at least six months to a year. We'll burn that bridge when it has been built.
I agree in general with your point the management of Eutro is not absolute top notch. However, that does not mean that I don't respect what they do and how they do it. They're people and I hope they learn more about their trade over time, like people usually do. I have a feeling that the way the 50 mil was handled PR-wise has been a hard lesson for Brad. It appears that he, and Eutro, has become aware that there is a line between being nice and being destructive in talking to an investor. Being friends or having good intentions does not apply in that situation. I think they are working hard to be able to meet the six company goal and bring us good solid news up ahead. And to run a public company on the BB is proabably painful enough - having masochistic tendencies would help. :)
