That chart was a difficult read, really.

but resistance appears to be at 24, rather than the intraday lows of last Nov closer to 23. Closing prices mean a lot more than intraday prices.

I would also note the downtrend line connecting the peaks of early Oct, early Nov. amd early Feb...they form a line of successively lower peaks, that has not been broken yet.
