This fee is in connection with the company's private placement of 1,075,269 shares at $0.93 per share with Matachewan Consolidated Mines.

James, should we be reading anything into the above or is it just "housekeeping" ?

I like your prediction/hope for the blue sky. A little more of a wait; but the good times gould be near at hand like you say. What do you see to be the proposed options? What would GME do if they were to get control of the property? Do they have any production experience? This would be the worst aspect of a GME victory. The present site management is the best experience that you can buy for the money.

One option I would throw out for discussion is 51% EXL, 49% GME. This was EXL get's to save some face GME is better than the original 60/40. This way it is not a perfect world; but everyone wins. A 50/50 split don't really appeal to me. I've seen stalemates at work before.
