I agree with you. This stock will be driven by earning growth. It may deserve a higher PE but this is what the market thinks, so be it. If the earning growth sustains, the share price will reflect this. I believe the share price is composed of potential (intrinsic and value) and kinetic (momentum) energy. This stock is full of potential and little kinetic. But when the time that the potential energy starts transferring to kinetic energy, watch out. For those potential energy investors, buy as you wish. For those kinetic energy investors, a buy stop should be considered. The PR thing is not a major issue, this stock is not very sexy. It is rock solid. Actually, I think the drop in price in market will far less severe than those high flying PE stocks because of its low PE.

This company keeps on amazing me by picking up contract after contract. Please see biz.yahoo.com for more information.

The Dominion Bridge fiasco shows us the toughness of the Eco management. It does not bend and make acquisition at high price (so far). I personally praise the management for sticking to its principle.

Finally, the Financial Post Investment Report revised the BUY/SELL range of Eco this month. It now says Eco is a buy under C$21 (US15) and a sell over C$28 (US$20).
