Hi D The press release must mean no one objected to the thought of a disposal well. This is good! Previous posts indicated that the final approval from the legislature was of the rubber stamp variety, which we can look for in April, if I remember correctly. Most interesting was the disclaimer section of the press release, don't you think? I am beginning to respect their thinking a lot more. Am I being too subtle again? c
