I keep tabs on Ireland, most of my extended family originate from there, a lot of them went to the usa. On my English side my relatives are less then double digits. On the Irish side, it's fairly easy to figure out. Each Irish family had about 10 kids, and the survivors all had about 10 kids each as well. So the furthest anyone in Ireland from me is about 3rd cousin.

There has been problems in Ireland in recent years, the EU structure has really screwed it up. The overbearing, repressive, micromanaging nature of the government is rife with corruption. I follow this guy (Ivor Cummings), his technical and management abilities are good. I used to like working with guys as good as that. The name Ivor Cummings came up more than once on the google search.



Currently I am in no rush to get my Irish Passport and become a duel citizen. Hopefully that will change.
