Well I can't speak to the retail, but if D flawless, and potentially produces say one 62 carat + one 44 carat polished goods say at $80,000 & $50,000/carat respectively lets say $7.0 million. That may be high but a nice number to think about.

Didn't the 20 carat pink "fancy" eventually retail for $20.0 million?
