ETFs like JEPI, JEPQ, FEPI for income.

Looking for advice - Is it a good idea to invest in these instead of putting cash in MMs, short term bonds, preferred stocks etc?

Their current yield is in excess of 7% and plenty of liquidity.

What is the downside and am I missing something here?
