You lost on the issues, not in regard to style. After all, many, including myself, who voted for Donald Trump, do not like him in many respects.

Trump lost in 2020. He never admitted he lost, did not facilitate a respectful transition, and he whined for years.

We lost in 2024 and admit it. The transition will be respectful.

For the Christian family values folks, Harris/Walz did not joke about Arnold Palmer's dick, or to blame Jews if we lost. Harris did not refer to migrants as "vermin."

You may say you "do not like him in many respects." You will all have to own what Trump, MAGA, Heritage Foundation and Musk etc. bring to the country and those people beneath the wheel who voted for Trump. Everyone hopes for a modern Abraham Lincoln, not a demagogue Herbert Hoover.

Kudos to your forum not banning anyone. Freedom rings. In the case of Sioux Nation we have moderate, clear and fair boundaries. There are plenty of "anything goes" and anarchy forums online that tend to drown out our liberal/moderate base so we have our own co-existing neighborhood. My few bans have all been due to ad hominem attacks or hate rhetoric toward our base of respectful posters as opposed to rhetoric toward public figures and/or humor. ("Human vermin" for example is not humor.)
