But ending it isn't as easy as Trump makes it sound. If it were, it would have been ended a long time ago (e.g. Trump's first term). Covid and Biden put an end to his progress and it should be ended asap. Besides we all know democrats talking about the broken immigration system is just a euphemism for giving illegals a path to citizenship. They never actually come up with any other solutions that involve raising the number of visa's permitted or streamlining the process for temporary or skills based immigration beyond the H1B. There are contractors that rely on day laborers and people who are paid under the table. True but there has been no upsurge in home building over the last four years or demand let alone actual skilled labor crossing the border. For democrats it's just been a body count for votes, seen all the women and children crossing - not exactly roofers - do we need that many maids or sex workers (according to the View)? Do you accept Trumps plan that those criminal illegals should be prioritized and ejected from the country asap?
