Look at it like this---If the store is open again----at least someone is hanging in there, and believe me---at this point there is more upside than there is downside. I still believe that there is a possibility of a good concept and a good product, there is just a negative prospect of no cash flow and that damn reg-S. I really would like to know how we stand on that. Art
