I was up all night on Election Day and did see Trump's speech. It was clear she is not comfortable speaking to a large audience and she was nervous and asked Trump to have her co-head speak instead. Public speaking is a skill and composure is required to eliminate being nervous. Let alone being asked to speak ad hoc. I learned a few tips I used when I had to speak to a large audience.
