It is what it is. In his first term Trump came to DC without the benefit of knowing or building relationships with potential candidates to serve in his administration. Consequently he relied on recommendations for key positions. Sessions, Wray, Rodstein were disasters. And Pence, Milley and Pompeo were backstabbers. I think he's learned from making those bad choices. Unless this is a "fool me twice" experience, you just need to back the Commander in Chief's decisions and judge him and his team's perfomance later.
