Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Arrangement seems awkward to be polite about it. Dangerous to be realistic about it. And muddy if trying to understand. If it track record of MSFT had been anything other than MSFT uber alles, could relax. Still in for the possible huge pay off, but current arrangement looks ugly to me. Just IMO. Chaz
