Even more interesting is SME is from ARMv-9A which means that Qualcomm has an V9 ALA with ARM.

For those who are more knowledgeable about contracts, would Qualcomm have an ALA for each Arm Version? Ie a negotiated rate to use that version, or a single ALA for multiple versions?

I ask this because in the court documents they reference V8 a bunch as if each major version had its own license and thus contract.
