Tier 2 is pretty much worthless in general. Brookline is a town full of money, hard to believe it wouldn't be way over in Tier 1. You might send a little, if you want to take a long shot of getting some. (100-1 or so, IMHO)

I don't have a long-term opinion on RCBK, didn't get enough stock to care.
