I could also mention that industrial reits typically have a P/FFO of 20. Right now FR EGP PLD > 20, all with a lower div yield than STAG. Give STAG a P/FFO of 18 on 2025's $2.52 = $45 price. 26% price increase + 4% div = 30% gain in 2025. Quite possible. WEBSITE
