REIT Watch comes out with their monthly newsletter. On page -30- it list many REITs in a table and shows several metrics, specifically FFO information; Price/FFO; FFO growth; FFO payout %. Also show YTD % Return 1yr, 3yr & 5yr.

STAG is in the first image page below (page -30- of the link above). I look at Price/FFO <= 12x but will pay more for FFO growth.

Every REIT has unique value characteristics; Sector risks (like Office properties). I like Triple Net leases in Multi-Use properties. Done well with REIT Medical Buildings in SBRA & HR but have been peeling off shares. SBRA +70% in last 18 months. HR +30% (last 8 months); CUZ +58% (last 18 months), REG +23% (last 7 months);

I have been build positions in WPC, BFS & adding to O as they sell off and div yields move higher.
