Petz, The microchannel dies again. As I suspected the slot 1 scheme is being end run. Soon Intel will have to sell them for 25% under AMD/CYR/WinChip prices to overcome the slot 1 fee. The debacle of microchannel will be repeated, mighty Intel will be humbled, Paul will burn Intel shares to keep warm next winter.<GG> This certainly shows there are viable alternatives from many fronts to Intel, and some are faster and better.
