I ask you again, where are the latest 10Q's and K's. I talked with the company in Nov, I think, and they stated several times that the financials were going to be out in three weeks. It has been three months and still no 10Q. I know, they are waiting for the merger to be finalized. Well, why couldn't they put out what they have and then amend the filings later for the merger? Do they need money to finish up the audit? If they do, where are they going to get the money? If they were given the go ahead and cleared by the SEC, wouldn't they be trading by now, or at least put out a pr? Also, I am curious if you ever contacted the SEC or NASDAQ complaining about the short interest in this stock?
