The criterion for diagnosis of diseases have changed so that the medical field can find more people to screen and/or treat. Autism Diabetes High Blood Pressure ADD For example normal HBP was 140/90 before 2017 now its 130/80. "Prediabetes" has caused increased screening dramatically. etc. etc
