From the mess Biden has created any reduction would be progress. As for the wall I think Trump's ignorance of the deep state and his own parties back stabbing was a surprise and obvious hindrance. I suspect they'll still be some R's not onboard but this time he's ready for them. It should be very entertaining to see how it all unfolds.

Or he could use the Biden "Don't" warning as it's so effective.
