The problem is that Trump has no plans for peace in Ukraine and no plans for peace in the Middle East. He simply relies upon his "instincts," but his instincts as of late have turned authoritarian.
I strongly recommend you take the time to listen to Lex Fridman podcast #399, with Jared Kushner.

It has changed the understanding of many, many people since it was released, and and will explain in detail how wrong you are.

There is no way for you to acquire the knowledge to discuss this subject without understand that content first. Imo, when you listen to it you will have an entirely new understanding of the situation with the Middle East.
