Take a look at this chart.

Note the period from Jan 88 to Jan 92. That is the period when RBD was voted the best managed company in America.

Now note the period from Jan 92 to present. Six years of sideways movement. Obviously, the management didn't do too good over the last six years.

I certainly see you point about the resistance at $30. What does a chart like that mean to you?
