Hi Mike: Thanks for the link. I don't know the details of the $960,000.00 however it does indicate that it was accrued, but not paid in cash, to the three officers of the Company. I would like to find out more about the terms before making assumptions. I think we all agree that without the financing there will be serious problems here. However once that is announced, their net losses for the year will not be a concern. There is tremendous 'blue sky' potential here and from what I understand there is a lot of strength in management and senior officers to pull this all together. There is definitely a big risk here but the rewards are very high too. Good luck all. Regards, Bonnie
