1.No idea-but it is SEC rules! Do you know how many Rule 144 shares were issued?
2. What's a few shares?(were building a mine!) And how many shares are outstanding now?
3.Will the sun shine tomorrow or has it already shown? Will this information be reported to the SEC?
4. I haven't the foggiest, I read an accounting firm or was it a firm accountant? I believe Mr. Jensen mentioned that he was going to hire a CFO soon. Has this been accomplished yet?

It's also interesting to me that a COC was performed by a South African.
5. Barry Downs of Legg Mason/Wood Walker is a mining specialist BTW which Kojack should consider as a "Full Service Type" in his current dilemna, IMHO, did infact suggest that he consider this South African! Why didn't Mr. Jensen hire someone closer to home?
6. Maybe, not stated as such, are the Firms Studying and using their existing expertise, that is affirmative! Ever heare of the lend lease program? Prior described as that. Are there South African firms interested in GPGI?
7. Yes, I think you just told us that there is much too much reading on all these posts; I hope I shortened your time consumption tonight. All this is as accurtate as this generalist can post thread post comment. Order and proper comments are always desired. Now, who did you change your name from? No prior posts? Is this Brian Dowell credible within the mining industry?

Thanks again for providing "accurate" information.
Yourwelcomeforserious "accurate" questions.
