SMCI Wave Count Update. I have a primary and alternate wave count (in red on this chart).

Primary Wave Count. Wave C of Intermediate Wave (4) is complete and Intermediate Wave (5) of Cycle Wave I is in play and will project a target once more price data unfolds.

Alternate Wave Count (in red). Wave A of Intermediate Wave (4) is complete and Wave B and C would complete Intermediate Wave (4). Once Wave B is complete I will project a target for Wave C.

The company needs to get a several future quarters of financial statements and guidance behind it to regain customers, shareholders and analysts confidence.

The company just engaged an outside auditor. This auditor needs to do a financial forensics and provide a transparent report to the SEC.
