(not that some of you care) Subj: NVID Negotiating with SEC Date: 98-02-20 16:10:37 EST NVID Negotiating with SEC CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 20, 1998--NVID International Inc. (OTC BB:NVID) announced Friday that negotiations with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) have been ongoing over the past two weeks in regards to settlement issues over the civil action against the company. NVID management has been negotiating in the best interest of all shareholders to formalize a going forward agreement that is acceptable to the SEC, and in addition would enable NVID to move forward with AXEN and a new ionization technology. The relief demands by the SEC in the litigation, if awarded by the court would not leave the company as a viable entity. At the present time, the demands by the SEC in the negotiation would have a similar result. The company hopes to convince the SEC to commit to more favorable terms.
