Since they like to be collectivist, the bloke doing death threats to David Seymour in parliament [David is also a Maori as are so many people in this God-forsaken country] is by marriage the son-in-law of John Tamihere, who is the brother of David Tamihere, who murdered a lovely young Swedish couple in the hinterlands of the Coromandel peninsula.

That article mentioned the very high prison ratio of Maoris to others. Contrary to the suggestion, it's because so many more of them are violent criminals like David Tamihere. There are also many more thieving Maori criminals. It's not that they are hard done by.
The article is wrong in other ways. Tendentious. Tediously tendentious which is how the issue goes.
The Great and Glorious British Empire brought civilization to the benighted barbarian cannibals of New Zealand who comprised very many murderous marauding tribes. It was not a happy little buccolic countryside living in natural harmony.
Maoris are after loot, and lots of it. They are also trying to leverage the ill-advised Treaty of Waitangi to a Master Race document by which they lord it over the rest of us in a brand new apartheid state. I think racism is a bad idea in general. Which is not to say people are all fungible blank slates when born and especially not after having been inculcated with whatever cultural ideas they have inflicted on them as youngsters.
Maoris are part of most families i guess - certainly if one considers second cousins and in-laws. From the beginning, there was miscegenation. It's only the rapid immigration that means Maoris are not already half the population. I guess about 30% of people now in NZ were born overseas. Especially in Auckland.
Another point made in that article was that Maori life-expectancy is lower than others. Have a look at the photo of the wild-eyed bloke with an axe and see if you can think of why he might live less time than others.
Swarm so people are fleeing overseas where prospects are better than here in Aotearoa-Zimbabwe.
Unfortunately, the stupid shenanigans in NZ are insignificant compared with World War III, officially started 20 November 2024 with the attack on Russia by USA and UK. Cyberspace cables have been cut in the Baltic sea. Responses from Russia are assured. The escalation is underway. It could go really fast. Biden met Trump for a handover meeting. I observed with horror the roaring crematorium fire behind them which looked very much to me as a threat, while Biden smiled happily and said that Trump would be well-accommodated. He and co-conspirator Deep State criminals have no intention of handing over. I assume their failed attempts at murdering Trump will not be their last. I guess they'll get Vance and Trump together.
I have been expecting this since 2015 following the death of Tarken [the canary in the coal mine] which was after the 2014 Kiev coup and the start of the war on Russia. While commemorations of the horrors of WWI were going on, I was seeing the absurdity of those commemorations while they were ramping up vastly worse horrors in Ukraine and Russia, leading us now to an inch and a minute before Global Catastrophically Calamitous Cataclysm which has been planned for and built longer than my lifetime.
The Hiroshima memorial is moving. It seems absurd that such horrors of the 20th century = WWI, Japanese invasions, WWII and many smaller carnages were just the prelude to Gigaton Armageddon which should reduce the world's population to about a tenth or 20th of those now alive. Not forgetting the civil wars such as Mao's Maelstrom and Stalin's mass murdering .... wars galore around the world.
It's possible that this will all stop and a wonderful time of history will begin with the Mobile Cyberspace It Age of my long-planned suprasomatic intelligence being the next phase of a billion years of evolutionary history. But that doesn't seem to be what humans do. Individuals I discuss things with are transfixed with their self-righteous stupid ideas - "Taiwan are belong to Me", "Russia invaded Ukraine and They Must Die or surrender", "We have to kill the Jews", "Islam or Die", etc...
