Good Thursday morning. Below is a fresh updated drought monitor report. Central and Southern New Jersey are in a severe drought. We did have additional showers last night which has given us a grand total of 3/4 inches of rain during the past 4 months. Today marks the 1st pattern change that we have seen this season and although we might get a few more showers today and tomorrow I don't see anything in the long range outlook that will help us.
Now last year at this time you were in a severe draught in SW FLA but now your normal thanks to some hurricanes. Not a good way to kill a drought but you are in FLA lol
