Though prosecution for those responsible would be great to watch, MATT will seek accountability and vindication rather than prosecution. I say this because I don't believe Trump is seeking revenge and drag this country through all that. He wants to move on. His motivation is not driven by politics. His goals he set forth must be accomplished within 4 years, no time to go through the all the prosecutions and bring action against all responsible. So instead of revenge he will seek amends.
